Praktik Artist contact , Exhibition preperation, Residencies

Description of assignment:
You will  take aktiv part in finding and serving artists for our  exhibitions and help increasing the public knowledge of our  gallery. 
You will  assist with audience development, as well as fondraising and developing our artist in resedencies programm.

Staff: The Gallery is currently staffed by two employees: a manager and a coordinator and part time trainees.

Qualities Needed:

• Knowledge of the German, Nordic and Scandinavian cultures
• Strong background or interest in the arts, mediawork, public relation,fondraising
• PC skills in some of (Word, Excel, Quark, In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Independence/flexibility
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• minimum german, english  language

Income: 
This is unpaid internship minimum 3 month (also parttime)

Note:
You are responsible for your own round-trip airfare and securing your  housing.But we assist as much as we can.
